Meet Recap

The Bishop Noll Warriors made a great impression as a team and showed some schools around the area what they are truly made of in their first ever Hobart Little 5 meet. The warriors finished up the meet third overall as a team and had many contributions all around on a very windy day.

For the distance runners, Senior Justin Powell made some noise in the boys 800 run finishing second overall at 2:12. Along with this, Junior Tyler Dowd ran hard against some great talent finishing fifth overall in both the one and two mile.

As for the sprinters, Junior Lee’Vonte Kelley had himself a day, finishing first overall in the 100 at 11.77 and third overall in the 200. Sophomore Austin Izah also contributed in the 100 along side Kelley finishing third in the race. Along with this, Junior Payton Hewleet ran a hard race in the 400 finishing fourth overall, and also finished third in the high jump

Finally for the hurdlers and field event athletes. Junior Aaron Brown finished fourth in the 110 Hurdles and Sophomore Joel Montenegro finished fifth in both the 110 and 300 hurdles. Senior John Springer had himself a nice throwing day coming out in third place.
