Bishop Noll Institute traveled to Lake Central this afternoon for the team’s first game of the 2019 season, kicking off a stretch of six games against six state ranked opponents (Class 4A – No. 6 Crown Point, back-to-back games against Class 3A – No. 9 Griffith, Class 2A No. 2 Lafayette Central Catholic, and Class 4A No. 10 Mishawaka).

The Indians, who are currently ranked 4th in the state in class 4A, jumped out to an early 5-0 lead. However, Noll answered back with three runs in the top of the fourth and kept things close until LC opened things up in the bottom of the sixth.
