Noll won their sectional semi-final bout with Hammond last night 8-0. The Warriors started their scoring when Jake Wichlinski scored with a strong finish into the side netting. This was Jake’s 27th goal this season setting a new single-season goal record for BNI. Bruno Zamora added the second goal, Joey Minor the third, and Jake finished off his hat trick before halftime to have the score 5-0 in favor of BNI. The second half scoring opened up when Joey Minor ripped a shot from 23 yards out to scorch the back of the net. Saul Navarro scored the 7th goal of the evening and was assisted by Bruno Zamora. Bruno with that assist set a new single-season assist record with 21 assist. The eighth and final goal of the evening cam from none another than Jake Wichlinski to bring his total for the year to 30. The Warriors will play Griffith Saturday at 6pm for the Sectional title.
